About the Event

These are the everyday therapeutic essentials at the heart of my clinical work, the skills I return to again and again to reduce vulnerability, support mood, and help people regain their footing.

Our body and mind are in constant conversation. The way we think, feel, move, eat, sleep, connect, and cope all shape our emotional capacity, and when even one of these areas dips, mood can quickly feel heavier and harder to manage. Small shifts in energy, motivation, nourishment, or physical wellbeing can narrow our Window of Tolerance, making everyday challenges feel sharper, bigger, or more personal than they otherwise would. In these moments, mood becomes more fragile, thinking less flexible, and coping can feel out of reach.

This workshop explores the quiet mechanics behind emotional vulnerability: how sleep, movement, nourishment, connection, and daily habits influence our ability to regulate emotions, make decisions, and resist unhelpful…
